I Just Got Back From Mexico This Morning And My

I just got back from Mexico this morning and my left foot/ankle and had are swollen. I have been having issues with my left leg (plantar fasciitis I think) for a few weeks AND I something pricked me while in the ocean on my big toe which swelled at the time but nothing remains in the toe that I can see. what could it be + should I go to the clinic now?
