I Just Got Back From Going Camping For Two Weeks

I just got back from going camping for two weeks and I have a swollen bite on my penis. I'm assuming a mosquito but it could be another type of insect. I have never seen or had this (swollen bite) happen to my penis before. What could it be or how to cure it?
