I Just Got In A Car Crash Not Too Long

I just got in a car crash not too long ago and was diagnosed with a concussion; the doctor prescribed me 25 mg of amitriptylin. I was wondering how long this is detectable on tests? I am in the military and I need to know when to start weening myself off.
