I Just Got My Birth Control After My Post Partum

I just got my birth control after my post partum visit. I would like to know do I start the birth control with the 1st pill that says Sunday? Or the one that says Thursday? Since is Thursday. I'm taking IC ORSYTHIA- 28. My period started last week on Friday and I'm a week period gal.
