I Just Got My Blood Work Back And My ALT

I just got my blood work back and my ALT (SGPT) was 69 and they said it was high. A week ago my same ALT was 44. What does all of this mean. I am 48 woman going through menopause. I went to my OBGYN a week or so ago to have blood work done to see about these hot flashes. The blood work showed that I was in menopause. My estrogen was less than 15 and my testosterone was 9. My OB wanted to put me on some BioTE pellets but his nurse told me I had a liver enzyme that was high and their ALT (SGPT) was 44 and they also said my thyroid was high/low or something. My T4 was .94 and my TSH was 1.14.

I decided not to go on the hormones until I figured out out my thyroid and this liver thing. So I went to my Internal Medicine doctor. They looked at my OB's blood work and said I was deficient in B12 and Vitamin D. I went yesterday and got supplements. Also my cholesterol was 234 and the Internist put me on a low dose of cholesterol medicine. I am a mess this week.

What is the deal with this liver enzyme? Should I be worried?
