I Just Got My Bottom Back Tooth Pulled Iv Been

I just got my bottom back tooth pulled iv been having many problems the last year from dizziness to my face swelling up on the side I have the tooth is in they said I had dry socket so they have packed it twice im very sick dizzy again nauseous is this from the tooth the gum has swelled up again its really low close to the bone
