I Just Got My Nosed Cauterized Using Silver Nitrate And

I just got my nosed cauterized using silver nitrate and now i have brown crust stuff on my nose that i can’t get off. Originally right after the cauterization it came off a little when i scratched it but now no matter what i do it won’t come off. Any suggestions?
