I Just Got My Tubal Ligation With Filshie Clips Yesterday

I just got my tubal ligation with Filshie clips yesterday and I have thick brown discharge coming from my vagina. It is kind of grainy looking, little brown specks in it. When I first wiped it almost looked like I had pooped but I wiped my anus and nothing was there so I know it's coming from my vagina. Should I be worried that my ob damaged my bowels or is this normal?
