I Just Got Out Of Hospital On Wed Morning I

I just got out of hospital on wed morning i woke with pain over my breast bone milk or water usually fixes it but didnt this time. After about an hour and a half i began vomiting when this got prfuse i called a ambulance. Tthe ambos including intenzive care paramedic worked for a hour before transporting me. Both my heart rate saturation levels and bp were dangerously low. When i got to hospital they found my liver enzymes through the roof as is my blood calcium level. I have been diagnosed previously with thacycardia not low beats. A angiogram showed nothing what i need to know is what caused my enzyemes and calcium to soar
