I Just Got Over A Sinus Infection And I'm Now

I just got over a sinus infection and I'm now experiencing nausea and mild headaches with some reflux (that doesn't always end in a burp--just feels like it should)...not sure what it is or where it's coming from. It only happens in the afternoon and evening--from about lunchtime until after I've fallen asleep.
