I Just Got Results From My Echo And Tgere Is

I just got results from my echo and tgere is mild pulmonary hypertension with TR maxPG 34.01 mmhg and TR Vmax 2.92 m/s. Is this a serius condition?. I dont have any symtoms no chest pain, no shrtnes of breath, no swelling of legs/foot, no palpitations. I'm 54 years old.
