I Just Got Scratched By My Female Cat She Was

I just got scratched by my female cat she was a stray I haven't gotten her any injections for herself since I found her. She ripped open my finger and the bleeding was intense. She scratched my neck up as well tearing my skin. Do I need to go see my doctor for rabies shot?
