I Just Got Stung By A Few Wasps On My

I just got stung by a few wasps on my arm( I think). Didn’t see them just heard the buzzing sounds a got a slight glimpse of some things flying around. I’m in a lot of pain, can hardly hold up my arm. Took ibuprofen, Benadryl and used a product called “ Affer Bite”. Should I go to the hospital? My shoulder is also hurting. Never experienced a wasp bite before. Thx.
