I Just Had 2 Stents Put In 5 Days Ago

I just had 2 stents put in 5 days ago and I am on brilinta 90 mg 2X and crestor 10mg 1X along with 81 mg aspirin, can I safely take 1000mg Omega 3 and 300mg coq10? I would also like to take PQQ, d ribose and Lcarnitine. My cardiologist know very little about supplements.
