I Just Had A CT San And The Results Are

I just had a CT san and the results are all normal except this:

the inferior nasal turbinate are engorged. minimal thickening of the mucosal of the left maxillary antrum.

The scan concluded by saying - IMPRESSION: Otherwise Normal

Please what does this mean in simple language. My appointment with my Doctor is still two weeks away.
