I Just Had A MRI And It Is Saying I

I just had a MRI and it is saying I have multilevel spondylosis without acute findings. What is this and can It be from a lifting a patient's full body weight. I got hurt in my lower back and hip and down my groin and leg. I was not hurting before this at all.
