I Just Had A Blood Test Done To See If

I just had a blood test done to see if I am through menopause. My FSH is 76, so apparently I am in menopause but not officially post-menopausal. I have not had a period for 6 1/2 years. I am getting married in 1 week. Is it still possible for me to get pregnant? How much longer will it be before I am post-menopausal? I should mention that I have struggled my entire life with infertility and took fertility drugs years ago. Also, my fiancé had prostate surgery, so his semen ejects into his bladder now.
