I Just Had A Blood Test That Showed That I

I just had a blood test that showed that I had low potassium of 3.0 in my blood. I have been having dizzy spells, balance issues and weakness. I have been taking a prescribed potassium supplement. I also take anti-inflammatory medicine for my arthritis
. Can that cause my levels to drop?
