I Just Had A Bowel Movement That Contained Some Regular

I just had a bowel movement that contained some regular stools and then several pieces that were pink stringy flesh looking. Some looked spongy. I have not had anythung to eat in a few weeks. I'm on a liquid diet with IV treatments due to a bad flare up with my gastroparesis. There was no blood. But I did have some strange pain last night.
