I Just Had A Handy Man Show Up To Do

I just had a handy man show up to do some repairs in my home. The man was staggering and smelled of alcohol so I asked him to leave without doing any work. After e left my husband found a blue oblong shaped pull on the ground where the man got out of the truck. It has like 4 lines across it. I suspect it's an illegal drug and would like to let the company know that sent him here. How can I identify the pill?
