I Just Had A Hysterectomy Total They Took Everything And

I just had a hysterectomy total they took everything and only left my ovaries on tues 12/6/12. How do you wash your vagina . I feel I am not washing it right is there stitches write at the opening. it does not hurt when I pee. but if feels like it didn't clean there right . out side the vagina it smells. no discharge though.what do I do, how to I clean my vagina thoroughly with out messing anything up.
