I Just Had A Large Uterine Polyp Removed. I've Noticed,

I just had a large uterine polyp removed. I've noticed, in just 2 days, my stomach seems flatter than it has been in quite some time. Would the uterine polyp have caused this extra "fat" high around my middle? This seems weird to me. But it is noticeably gone.
