I Just Had A Neck Surgery 9 Days Ago My

I just had a neck surgery 9 days ago my upper back between shoulder blades is under constant pain. Iceying has not helped. Any recommendations ? I have not seen the doctor for the after surgery visit yet, is Sauna harmful or useful at this stage,specially the patches have not been removed yet?
