I Just Had A New Defriballator Put In About 3

I just had a new defriballator put in about 3 weeks ago. I have had 2 already by another doctor in Orlando Fl and never had a problem. I moved to Lakeland Florida and got new doctors . When My new defriballator doctor put this one in he poked a hole in my lung. That kept me in the hospital 6 days with a tube in me. Since I have been released from the hospital I am shortness of breath and tight feeling in the chest. Why is that happening?
