I Just Had A Pelvic Ultra Sound And Got A

I just had a pelvic ultra sound and got a referral to a specialist. The order requisition reads: "unable to do EMB due to stenotic cervix, pelvic ultrasound with endometrial strpe of 5 mm. heterogenous uterus and 3 cystic myometrial."

I am not sure what all this means, could you please explain?
