I Just Had A Perirectal Abscess Drained 2 Days Ago.

I just had a perirectal abscess drained 2 days ago. There have been hard places above and below where the abscess was drained that have the look/feel of the abscess before it got bad. Are these more that got missed, or just traumatized tissue? Nothing is red or swelling, they are only painful when prodded, and I didn't get any pus by pushing them toward the incision.
