I Just Had A Pet-scan And It Came Back Positive

I just had a pet-scan and it came back positive for breast cancer bone metastased in the iliac and T10 and the doctor says she will manage it with drugs what does that mean I asked her and she said don't worry about it I will manage it . I am not satisfied with that answer I want to know if she can cure it ot will it eventually take my life I want answers in black and white and again all she would say is that she will manage it with drugs not happy with that answer I am an unemployed single lady no money thanks for all your help
