I Just Had A Positive Pregnancy Test On Sunday, Estimate

I just had a positive pregnancy test on Sunday, estimate to be about 5 weeks along. As I just found out, I have not had a chance to establish care. I am having some scant spotting. It is light pink, to a yellowish brown. Only when I wipe. Mild cramping, but nothing unbearable. Should I be worried? Should I go to e.r? I have had 4 kids and never noticed this before, so it is worrisome. Thanks
