I Just Had A Procedure To Put In Some Coils

I just had a procedure to put in some coils because I have vascular issues. I think they gave me antibiotics through my IV. I had sex the day before the procedure and a few days after. I'm on the NECON 1/35 birth control pill. Could this make it less effective ?
