I Just Had A Shock Wave Procedure Friday April 13th.

I just had a shock wave procedure Friday April 13th. Dr. gave me Ciprofloxacn 500 mg 1 twice a day.
this he gave me in February for a severe pain in my left side.
I had shock wave treatment for a Kidney stone 1/2 inch x 1/4 inch fyi.
The ciprofloxacn attacked my joints real bad - and I had to take this before my procedure and I took 2 on tues then 1 on Wed. then I looked it up and it said it attacks joints. My right knee and arm were affected and I can hardly walk... He then gave me nitrofurantoin mono 100 mg but I stopped taking them in fear it would do the same harm. I do have a balder infection staring up and question: Should I start taking the Nitrofurantoin? will it be bad for my joints as the ciprofloxacn?
