I Just Had A Surgery On The 12th Of This

I just had a surgery on the 12th of this month. It was to remove my gallbladder, put in a colonosty bowel bag. Now my stomach is accumulating a lot of fluid. The radiology drained it two days ago, but now it is accumulated again. Please help me figure out the cause, because my doctor is as confused as I am.
