I Just Had A Tonsillectomy 13 Days Ago. About 4

I just had a tonsillectomy 13 days ago. About 4 days ago I started having severe sinus infection symptoms. Yesterday was when it got really bad. Fever that comes and goes over 100. My nose is very swollen, red and rock hard and there are bleeding ulcers on the inside of my nostrils. I am coughing up green phlegm sometimes and have extreme body aches and very severe headaches. Is this normal post surgery?
