I Just Had A Tooth Extracted Today. Several Hours After

I just had a tooth extracted today. Several hours after my surgery good cheek on the same side where my tooth was extracted from is developing a red rash. I was only given A local anesthetic. And Tylenol three with codeine as a pain reliever what could be causing my rash I’m very nervous about this
