I Just Had A Total Knee Replacement. On August 6th.

I just had a total knee replacement. on August 6th. I am doing pretty good but I still have swelling if I am up too long. I am a respiratory therapist on my feet in 12 hour shift in a busy hospital I am 63 years old and I am worried about going back too soon My doctor is telling me that I am to go back to work full time 10th week post op. Doesn't that sound too soon?
