My endometrium measures 0.46m (I am in the 3rd day of my menstrual cycle), and I have an echogenic structure at the mid cavity (0.77 x 0.43cm), with a polycystic-like right ovary (4.1 x 3.6 x 1.9) with small subcapular follices less than 10mm in size and more than 12 in number with 19 antral follicles ranging from 5.9 x 10.00mm. There's no free fluid in the cul-de-sac.
