I Just Had A Twinge In The Middle Of The

I just had a twinge in the middle of the right side of my back . It felt like Simone pinched a part of my and pulled - like a rubber band snapping- it happen two times in a row and I had to stop what I was doing to adjust and hope the pain would not happen again - it since hasn't (been about 5 mins)
