I Just Had A Very Sharp Pain In My Right

I just had a very sharp pain in my right side just below my breast. I am a 62 yr old female with a previous history of ventricular septal defect, repaired when I was 13 years old, in 1967. Could this be heart related, as I have heard the symptoms for a woman are different than a man when having a heart attack? Should I be concerned? It's only happened once tonight.
