I Just Had A Very Sudden Onset Of Andominal Cramping

I just had a very sudden onset of andominal cramping followed by dizzyness, extreme dry mouth and thirst, numb hands and severe cold extremities. No diarrhea or vomiting but feel nauseous and like I have to go to bathroom. Took 2 hours to warm up under down duvet, 2 wool blankets, space heater and fully clothed.
Now just weak, dizzy, tired and cold if i get out of bed. Stomach and intestines gurgling
