I Just Had A Yearly Physical Three Weeks Ago All

I just had a yearly physical three weeks ago all my labs were ok triglycerides all wnl no problems with b/p always low. i am over weight about 80 pounds but never had problems which I have had for three days excruciating headaches which I am waking up with. Tylenol and motrin at decent intervals on decrease pain for a few hours. Should I be looking at something else or call my PCP? I worry about an aneurysm.
