I Just Had An EKG Which Read Abnormal: Moderate High

I just had an EKG which read abnormal: Moderate high lateral repolarization rate consider ischemia or LV overload. I am 57, my dad and grandfather both had heart attacks at 62. I am able to run 3 miles without SOB but don't have the energy level i use to have. Should I be concerned?
