I Just Had An MRI Done & It States I

I just had an MRI done & it states I have mild age related cerebral parenchymal volume loss & mild paranasal sinus disease. My symptoms have been loss of feeling in my hands & arms & legs; it is hard to walk...does this have NYTHING TO DO WITH MY SYMPTOMS. I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME. I AM 62 YEARS OLD.
