I Just Had An Accident. It Was A Head On

I just had an accident. It was a head on collision. I was transported due to injury. Since the accident my chest and upper stomach hurts horribly. Eating or drinking makes it worse. It actually causes me to vomit. I have lost a great deal of weight since. I went back to the er for severe abdominal pain. They did an CT abdomen and pelvis w/ contrast. They found I now have a hiatal hernia. Can this be from my seat belt?
