I Just Had An Ecg. Reading 71bpm. Pr Int 140ms,

I just had an ecg. Reading 71bpm. Pr int 140ms, QRS dur 86ms, QT/QTc int 370/393ms,
P/QRS/T axis 61/ -37/68, RV5.SV1 amp 0.405/ 0.515 mV, RV5+SV1 amp 0.920mV Please explain it to me. They want me to go for x-rays of my chest. I am now 62 years.
