I Just Had An Epidural Shot For A Pinched Nerve

I just had an epidural shot for a pinched nerve on lower left side of back. Since the shot I've been experiencing left hip tightness and my abdomen on the left side feels like it has a 5 lb. weight in it, like a strain. I'm 63 yrs. old , in good shape and work out every day. No don't drink or smoke. Thank You, Jimmy Clohessy
