I Just Had An Intense Sciton Micro Laser Peel +

I just had an intense sciton micro laser peel + PXL done 2 days ago and had to use aquaphor for two days. But I had a humidifier on and now I think I have contact dermatitis. I've had this happen once before in Hawaii but I didn't have a laser procedure done. I can't have anything sticky on my face now or else the contact dermatitis will get worse but my skin is also quite dry right now and some parts hurt. What do I do??
