I Just Had An Surgical Abrasion Don With A Perialnoplasty

I just had an surgical abrasion don with a perialnoplasty done (sorry missspelling. I am in a great seal of pain and the nor o is not relieving my pain. Stitches are visible and I think I need to go to re for something stronger for pain. Called my dr and she tells me the pain is part off it. Part of what- being so miserable I can't hardly walk?
