I Just Had An Ultrasound Of My Gallbladder And Was

I just had an ultrasound of my gallbladder and was told I have gallstones and should have the gallbladder removed. I don't have symptoms. The ultrasound was ordered after an x-ray of my spine indicated possible gallstones in upper rt quad of abdomen. The doctor said my gallbladder is contracted and needs to come out. What alternatives do I have besides surgery?
