I Just Had Bilateral Mastectomy For Breast Cancer. Loose Cough

I just had bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. Loose cough in my chest and wheazing . O2 sat off o2 90%. Ican take deep breaths without pain. Sinuses are over producing watery dischare. This is what creates coughing and wheazing. Afrin reduces this but afraid to use too much. Bp was high but now 120/80. I am now using 02 at 3lpm. Yes , I was crtt for over 25 yrs. I know too much and too little. Ialso use albuteral aerosol tx 2-3 times a day. I knw that I am probably worried about nothing but still concerned. I am calling mon to get into a internest as I feel that my conditions call for more then my gp. It showed on my last several chest xrays of Interstitial lung disease.
