I Just Had Breast Reduction Surgery A Little Over A

I just had breast reduction surgery a little over a week ago. My right back side is giving me severe pain described like shingles, a burning, scalding sensation. I can't lay on my right side and if I move a certain way or reach a certain way it is excrutiating. Could I possibly have shingles or is this some side effect from my surgery
