I Just Had Immediate Dentures Put In. Now I Have

I just had immediate dentures put in. Now I have a huge white puffy spot on the roof of my mouth with brown spots in it and red around the edges. What is this?? And would lancing it fix it? I am rinsing with nystatin but it doesn't seem to help. In so much pain. Please help!!
